Elete Momentums provides truck dispatch services to motor carriers operating under their own authority. We act as your agent to locate and book freight and to assist with related administrative tasks. You remain the carrier of record and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Client responsibilities

• Maintain active operating authority, insurance, and safety compliance.
• Provide accurate information about your equipment, authority, and availability.
• Approve loads before they are booked and fulfill accepted loads professionally.

Fees

Dispatch fees are as agreed in your dispatch service agreement. Fees, percentages, and terms are confirmed in writing before service begins.

No guarantee

We work diligently to keep you loaded, but we do not guarantee a specific number of loads, rates, or income. Freight availability and market rates are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elete Momentums is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
